CAN I INCLUDE CLUCA ITEMS IN MY COLLECTION?
If you have a demonstrable business entity in a related industry, you can apply to become a CLUCA point of sale. After assessment you will receive the necessary information to log in as a point of sale and to order on account. To make a request, please complete the form on the Register page. We strive to process your request within 24 hours.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT MY ORDERED GOODS?
Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse. When you place an order, it is processed immediately. In most cases you can expect to receive the ordered goods within 2 days, if in stock. Of course it can happen that an item is not in stock, this will then be delivered within 1 week at the latest, unless indicated otherwise.
ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
For orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France and under EUR 500,- excluding VAT, EUR 6.95 shipping costs are charged. Orders above EUR 500 excluding VAT are delivered free of charge.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
CLUCA is a wholesaler. We use a minimum order size of EUR 250,- excluding VAT per order.
I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Complaint must be reported within 3 days. You can contact customer service by telephone or e-mail to discuss your complaint. Never return goods without prior notice. These are not accepted.
I HAVE A NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS. DO I HAVE TO REQUEST A NEW ACCOUNT NOW?
Yes, due to our acceptance process it is not possible to adjust your data yourself. Please contact us to have your details changed.
